Our transport
We specialise providing clients with a 24 hour, 7 days a week, reliable, safe, comfortable, air conditioned taxis, minibuses and coaches.

They are fully insured with courteous professional, experienced drivers with proven customer service skills and extensive knowledge of the local area.
We aim to deliver you to your destination speedily, with the minimum of delay. If your flight times are subject to change, we monitor their progress and adjust our times accordingly.
We will supply child seats at no additional cost.
Bookings and payments
Bookings can be made made online using your credit card and Pay Pal. This is a system that is safe and secure and of no extra charge to the client.

Note 3. The amount is to be paid in full prior to the transfer. We require a 50% deposit. This can be paid by PAYPAL which is an easy, and totally safe, way to transfer money by credit card.
Booking terms & Conditions of Service
Payments :-
a) Payment must be made prior to the transfer and at the time of booking.
b) On receipt of the payment a confirmation transfer voucher will be sent to the e-mail address which must be presented to the driver or representative at the time of the outward and return transfer.
Reservations :-
a) In the event of more than one person involved in the booking, the person purchasing the reservation shall be deemed as the person acting as an agent for the rest of the party.
Amendments :-
a) Any change of travel plans must be made in writing via e–mail or fax prior to the transfer.
b) Amendments received up to 7 days prior to transfer No charge.
c) Amendments received within 7 days of transfer 30 euros per booking.
Cancellations :-
a) Cancellations received up to 7 days prior to transfer 30 euros per booking.
b) Cancellations received up to 48 hours prior to transfer 50% of booking.
c) Cancellation received within 48 hours of transfer 100% of booking.
Travelling conditions :-
a) Passengers are not permitted to consume any alcoholic drinks or smoke in the vehicles.
b) The transfer company and drivers, reserves the right to refuse to convey any persons who in their opinion are disruptive, a threat to the driver, to other passengers or themselves, for whatever reason no refund will be made in the event of a passenger being declined transport in these circumstances.
Luggage :-
a) Passengers are limited to 2 items of luggage. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. In the event of the passenger having excess luggage, Taxistar Transfers reserve the right to charge an excess baggage allowance or refuse to transport the items.
b) As required by Spanish law, all vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third party claims. Every care and consideration is taken in respect of the transportation of the passengers luggage but it is carried at the clients own risk and no responsibility can be accepted by Taxistar Transfers for any loss or damage.
Conveying to destinations and liabilities :-
a) Taxistar Transfers will endeavour to use every reasonable means possible to ensure the arrival of the vehicles at their destinations at the stated times safely, but it will not accept or incur any liability whatsoever in the unlikely event of any delay due to any reason beyond their control e.g. extreme, severe weather conditions, accidents, Police diversions………… (the list being possibly endless).
b) In the unlikely event that Taxistar Transfers fail to convey its passengers to their confirmed destination, alternative transport will be arranged. Any reimbursement made by Taxistar Transfers will be no more than the cost of a taxi to that destination.
c) Clients are advised to travel with their own travel insurance to cover any eventuality in respect of this.
Acceptance of terms and conditions and Consumers´ rights :-
a) The client must accept the above terms and conditions which are governed by Spanish Law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of a Spanish Court.
b) The consumer’s statutory rights are not affected.
