If you need to order a cake in Spain, Caroline’s Cakes offer bespoke  creations custom made to your specifications. All our specialist cakes are individually designed and baked in our  purpose built Cake Studio located in Ciudad Quesada, Costa Blanca. From children’s novelty birthday cakes, special occasion, anniversary,  corporate and stunning wedding cakes we can create a unique design  just for you!

All our cakes are individually designed to meet our clients’ requirements - prices start from 40€ - just let us know your initial ideas  and we can work to your specifications and budget. Of course, the finished creation is open to your imagination, but as a  guide to deciding on your special cake we have included a portfolio of our work.

A variety of tempting cake types and mouthwatering fillings are  available to suit all tastes and occasions. Moist vanilla sponge with buttercream and jam for example, melt in the mouth chocolate sponge filled with creamy white or milk chocolate ganache, rich fruitcake matured with rum and covered with marzipan and fondant icing or perhaps a tangy lemon madiera cake...Whatever your decision, you can be sure your chosen cake will taste as good as it looks!

About Us

With a traditional farmhouse upbringing and an Art College education, Caroline formed her specialist cake company to combine her love of home baking with her creative talents to produce cakes that taste as  good as they look. Specialising in one off commissions, Caroline’s Cakes create delicious, freshly baked to order, individually designed cakes for all occasions. From intricate novelty cakes crafted with minute detail, to classic and contemporary stylish designs for weddings and anniversaries, clients are sure to be delighted, and that is why so many of them return, time after time. Caroline’s Cakes are not affiliated to any party planners or wedding organisers - we work independently, believing that a one to one  approach will provide a better quality and more cost effective service...and, most importantly, the dream cake our clients deserve!
