     We provide a full range of service for the home owner in Spain who is looking for some extra income by way of rental, or who prefers to have their property professionally looked after during their absence.

Property Inspections 
    
      Are a necessity especially when your property is left unoccupied for long periods, we recommend your property is inspected at least once a month; we also provide extra inspections during periods of extreme bad weather, (for instance constant torrential rain). Inspections should give an owner piece of mind that is why we provide a report should we find a problem, or you can email or phone us if you have any doubts or worries and we will check your property for you and call you back so that you can be sure that everything is being taken care of, and your investment is safe and in good hands.

Cleaning and Laundry Services

     There are several types of cleans, however the most common are: - Change over clean when the property is booked back to back, departure clean this is when arrivals are not expected, prep clean the property has been cleaned but has been empty for some time, midterm linen change for guests who are staying longer than 7, days we can of course provide a spring cleaning and maid service should it be required. All linen is laundered to the highest standards ironed and aired before use, a bath and hand towel are left for each guest, and bathmats placed in the bathrooms.

Maintenance Services

     A full range of service are available to our clients from small household repairs i.e. a broken toilet flush or leaking tap, to supplying a quotation for a new fitted kitchen, we will oversee the works on your behalf, make payments to the contractor on your behalf and snag the job before final payment is made. Please contact us for any of your repair, painting, electrical, furnishing or refurbishment requirements and we will provide tradesmen and quotations for you, prior to your arrival or while you are here.

Marketing for Rental

     We have been marketing properties for rental using various methods and outlets, our tried and tested solutions can save you both money and time, listing your property effectively on the internet takes time, and money we will do all this for you as part of your management package. We will take the photo’s, upload your property on all the sites we use and send a bulk email to all our clients alerting them to our new listing. Answering email and telephone enquiries for reservations can also be time consuming, and these times it is important to answer ALL these as quickly as possible to ensure that you have the best possible chance of securing the reservation, we will deal with your reservations from start to finish, including maps, directions, keys, cleaning, laundry and any other details related to a reservation on your behalf, (we charge 15% for all reservations made by the agency). You can save yourself time by simply changing any adverts for your property to show our email and contact information and let us take it from there.

Owners Reservations

     If you have a reservation of your own we will make sure that everything is ready for you guest, a key meet charge is applicable if you require a personal key meet this is charges at 45€ if you would like the keys placed with an onsite security office there is a small charge of 15€. The agency does not does not charge commission on your reservations.

Account Statements

     Statements are issued bi-monthly but only if you have had either a completed reservation or another service during that period, booking payments are made to owners normally 2 weeks after the booking has completed especially during high season. All owners are asked to have an account balance of no less than 200€ and will be asked to make a deposit should the account fall below 50€.

Keys

     On the signing of the management agreement the agency will require three full sets of keys including garage openers and alarm and safe codes.
